These Guidelines define what is and isn't allowed on FOX LIVE. They apply to everyone and everywhere on the platform.
Prohibited everywhere on FOX LIVE: full nudity; visible genitals; visible female nipples; sexual acts; simulated sex acts; masturbation; sex toys used sexually; sexual services; solicitation for sex; pornographic performances; sexual exploitation; non-consensual sexual content; and any sexual content involving minors. Mature Content, where available, is limited to suggestive adult presentation with full opaque coverage — it is not a pornography mode and does not permit any of the above.
FOX LIVE is for users 18 and older. Any content involving a minor in a sexual context is strictly prohibited, removed immediately, and reported to the appropriate authorities. Do not share, display, or refer to minors in any sexual context. Report such content immediately.
Do not broadcast or post extreme violence, gore, credible threats of violence, or content that promotes or instructs how to commit violence. Contextual violence in news or education may be permitted with appropriate labeling.
Do not attack, demean, or incite hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. Hate speech is not tolerated.
Do not harass, bully, stalk, or target other users. This includes sending unsolicited offensive messages, coordinated attacks, and creating accounts to evade blocks. Use the Block and Report tools to protect yourself.
Do not post content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. We may share safety resources.
Do not broadcast or post the sale, use, or manufacture of illegal drugs. Content that shows illegal drug use or facilitates access to illegal substances is prohibited.
Do not engage in scams, fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or manipulation of the gift, coin, or payout systems. Fraud is grounds for permanent removal and may be reported to authorities.
Do not send spam, post repetitive or misleading content, or use bots to fake engagement, viewers, or gifts. Fake engagement violates our rules and may result in financial penalties.
Do not impersonate other users, celebrities, or FOX LIVE staff. Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans. Verified badges are reserved for genuinely verified accounts.
Do not share another person's private information (such as real name, address, phone, or financial details) without consent. Respect the privacy of others in live rooms, calls, and messages.
Do not use FOX LIVE for any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to trafficking, weapons sales, terrorism, or exploitation. We cooperate with law enforcement.
You can report any live stream, profile, message, or post that violates these Guidelines. Reports are prioritized: Critical (underage, nudity, sexual acts, exploitation, violence threats) are reviewed first; High (harassment, hate, scam) next; Normal (spam, minor violations) after. FOX LIVE may warn, interrupt streams, restrict, or remove accounts based on severity and history. You may appeal eligible decisions through the Safety Center.
