For account, technical, billing, creator, safety, or product support, contact support@foxlive.app. Include the email address associated with your FOX LIVE account and a concise description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete, or otherwise exercise rights over personal data, contact privacy@foxlive.app. Account deletion can also be initiated through FOX LIVE and through the public Account Deletion web page.
For urgent child-safety matters, suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, or Google Play child-safety communications, contact support@foxlive.app and include “Child Safety” in the subject line so the matter can be prioritized.
Law-enforcement agencies and other legally authorized parties should identify the requesting authority, applicable legal process, affected account or content identifiers, and a valid official contact method. FOX LIVE may require verification before disclosing non-public information and responds in accordance with applicable law.
For Google Play purchases, users may also use Google Play's purchase and refund tools where applicable. FOX LIVE support can investigate delivery issues, duplicate-credit problems, or account-side transaction records, but cannot override Google Play payment decisions that are controlled by Google.
