This page is a plain-language companion to the FOX LIVE Privacy Policy. It describes categories of data that may be collected or processed when users use FOX LIVE. The Google Play Data safety form must be kept consistent with the actual Android build, enabled features, permissions, and third-party SDK behavior.
FOX LIVE may process account identifiers and user-provided information such as name, email address, display name, date of birth/age information, profile biography, profile images, country/region, and account identifiers. This information is used for account operation, age eligibility, personalization, support, safety, fraud prevention, and compliance.
FOX LIVE processes content users choose to create or transmit, including live video/audio, posts or moments, profile media, direct messages, voice messages, photos, videos, comments, reports, and other user-generated content. Content may be processed to deliver the service and for trust-and-safety moderation.
FOX LIVE may process app interactions, feature usage, live-room activity, gift activity, moderation events, device/app information, IP address, crash or diagnostic information, and security signals to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service.
The Android store build may process Google Play purchase identifiers and transaction status for Coin purchases. Creator payout features may process earnings records, payout details, tax/compliance information where required, and identity-verification status. FOX LIVE does not need to store full payment-card numbers or CVC for store purchases.
Where identity or age verification is required, FOX LIVE or an approved verification provider may process legal name, date of birth, country, government-issued identity documents, proof of address, selfie/verification images, and verification results. Access is restricted and the data is used for verification, fraud prevention, payouts, safety, and legal compliance.
FOX LIVE may use approximate location, country, region, device locale, or IP-derived location for localization, safety, fraud prevention, and discovery features. Precise GPS location should be declared only if the distributed Android build actually requests or collects it.
FOX LIVE does not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to processors and infrastructure providers only as necessary to provide functions such as hosting, live streaming, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, moderation, identity verification, payment/payout processing, customer support, security, or legal compliance. Public profile and user-generated content is shared with other users according to the feature and the user's choices.
FOX LIVE uses access controls and encryption in transit where supported. Sensitive administrative, identity, payment-reference, and moderation data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Users can request deletion of their FOX LIVE account and associated personal data through the in-app account settings and the public Account & Data Deletion page. Data that must be retained for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory reasons may be retained only as necessary and handled under the Privacy Policy.
Google Play requires the Data safety answers to reflect the sum of data practices in versions of the app distributed on Google Play. Before each release, FOX LIVE should review Android permissions, enabled SDKs, authentication, analytics, live-streaming, messaging, payment, verification, and payout features and update the Play Console declaration if any practice changes.
