This page explains the limited payment and creator-earnings functionality available in FOX LIVE and distinguishes it from regulated consumer financial products.
FOX LIVE is a live-streaming and social platform. It does not offer bank accounts, consumer loans, securities trading, investment funds, insurance, cryptocurrency exchange services, or a cryptocurrency software wallet as a consumer financial product.
FOX Coins are virtual items used to obtain digital features and send virtual gifts inside FOX LIVE. Coins are not deposits, stored-value bank accounts, investments, securities, or cryptocurrency. Coins cannot be redeemed by viewers for cash and have no cash value outside the platform.
In the Android Google Play build, eligible digital Coin purchases are offered through Google Play Billing as required by Google Play rules. Purchase receipts and transaction status may be used to credit the correct virtual items and address billing or fraud issues.
Eligible creators may receive Diamonds representing creator earnings attributable to eligible gifts under the Creator Agreement. Diamonds are separate from viewer Coins. Creator earnings become eligible for payout only after applicable thresholds, identity verification, risk/compliance review, and other stated requirements are satisfied.
Creator payouts are payments of earned creator compensation, not withdrawals from a consumer deposit account. Available payout rails can vary by country and compliance requirements. Payout processing may require identity verification and may be delayed or held when necessary for fraud, dispute, safety, or legal review.
Agency or other approved business-role commissions, where offered, are compensation arrangements governed by their applicable agreements. They are not consumer investment products and do not guarantee income.
FOX LIVE does not promise creators, agencies, or other users any guaranteed earnings, return, appreciation, interest, investment yield, or profit. Earnings depend on eligible platform activity and applicable program terms.
