This Privacy Policy explains what personal data FOX LIVE collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
This Privacy Policy applies to FOX LIVE, an 18+ live-streaming and social platform operated by Bakr Holdings LLC. FOX LIVE is the service name used throughout this policy. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to privacy@foxlive.app; general support is available at support@foxlive.app.
FOX LIVE ("we", "us") collects the following categories of personal data to operate the platform: Account information: your name, email address, display name, and date of birth. Profile data: photos, cover image, bio, location (city/region/country), interests, and prompts you choose to add. KYC identity files: when you request a creator payout, we collect a government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie with ID, processed by our compliance partner. Camera and microphone: live video and audio you broadcast, used only to stream when you go live or join a call. Live streams: recordings or sampled frames of your broadcasts retained for safety review as described below. Messages: text, voice, photo, and video messages you send to other users. Photos and videos: media you upload to your profile, posts, or messages. Location: approximate city/region/country derived from your profile or device locale. We do not collect or share precise GPS coordinates. Payment information: coin purchase receipts and payout method details. Card numbers are processed by the store's billing system (Apple App Store / Google Play Billing) or our approved payout provider; we do not store full card numbers. Device information: device type, operating system, app version, and IP address. Moderation data: reports you submit, blocks you make, moderation evidence, and enforcement records. Reports and blocks: the identity of users you report or block is visible to safety staff only. Analytics: aggregated usage metrics to improve the product.
We use your data to: provide and personalize the platform experience; process coin purchases and creator payouts; prevent fraud and abuse; send service notifications and account alerts; enforce our Community Guidelines and safety policies; comply with legal obligations; and improve platform features. We do not use your data to show you sexually suggestive or adult marketing.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: service providers under strict data processing agreements (live streaming infrastructure, moderation tooling, analytics, and payout providers); law enforcement when legally required or to protect safety; and other users only as you choose (for example, your display name, avatar, and public profile are visible to others). KYC data is shared only with our compliance partner for identity verification.
We rely on trusted service providers including live-streaming infrastructure, identity verification, analytics, and payout processing. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement that limits how they may use your data and requires appropriate security.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to sensitive data such as KYC files and moderation evidence. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.
We retain account data for the life of your account. You can request account deletion at any time from Settings. Transaction and payout records are retained as required for legal and financial compliance. Live-stream moderation evidence is access-restricted and retained only for the period necessary for safety review, appeals, abuse prevention, and legal obligations, then deleted. Messages and media you delete are removed according to applicable retention rules.
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes or anonymizes your profile, posts, messages, and personal data according to legal retention requirements. Some records (such as financial transaction logs) may be retained as required by law. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
FOX LIVE is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We require a date of birth at registration and calculate age. Accounts indicating an age under 18 cannot be created. If we learn we have collected personal data from a minor in violation of this policy, we will delete it. Any content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited, removed, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@foxlive.app.
FOX LIVE may process limited live video frames, audio signals, chat text, user reports, and behavioral signals using automated safety systems to help detect possible policy violations such as nudity, sexual activity, underage presence, violence, or illegal drugs. These systems may assign confidence scores and reason codes. High-confidence events may interrupt a stream and preserve limited evidence for human safety review. Automated processing is not the sole basis for final bans; serious cases are reviewed by safety staff. You may appeal eligible enforcement decisions.
To protect supporters and creators, FOX LIVE performs identity verification, payment verification, and automated risk assessment. Identity verification: when required (for example, higher-value purchases or payouts), we may verify your identity through an approved provider such as Stripe Identity. Where legally permitted, this returns your legal name, date of birth, and country. We do not display government ID numbers publicly, and we never share identity data with creators or other users. Payment verification: card payments are processed by Stripe. We store only safe, non-sensitive references (Stripe Customer, PaymentMethod, and PaymentIntent IDs), card brand, last four digits, funding type, billing country/postal code, and card-check results (CVC, address, postal). We never store full card numbers or CVC. Automated risk assessment: we use payment and account behavior — such as successful payment history, identity verification status, card-check results, account age, refund and dispute history, and payment-method count — to assign a risk level that affects purchase limits and creator payout holds. We do not use race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics as risk factors. A cardholder-name difference is treated as a risk signal only, never as proof of identity, and never as the sole basis for suspension. Stripe and processors: Stripe and our other payment processors receive the data necessary to process your payments, including billing details, under their own privacy policies and strict data processing agreements. Retention: financial transaction logs, payment-method references, refund, dispute, and audit records are retained as required for legal, financial, and fraud-prevention compliance. Sensitive identity details are access-restricted to authorized staff.
For the Android version distributed through Google Play, FOX LIVE maintains a Data safety declaration describing data collected, shared, and protected by the distributed build. The declaration must remain consistent with the app's enabled features, permissions, and third-party SDK behavior. Digital Coin purchases in the Google Play build are processed through Google Play Billing where required.
