These Terms govern your use of FOX LIVE. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
To use FOX LIVE you must create an account with a valid email. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account and for activity that occurs under it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FOX LIVE. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users in jurisdictions with a higher minimum age must comply with local law. We verify age using your date of birth at registration.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm others; impersonate another person or entity; create multiple accounts to evade restrictions; send spam; engage in fraud; or violate any applicable law. You must follow our Community Guidelines at all times.
Creators may broadcast live video and audio. You are solely responsible for your broadcast content and for selecting the correct content mode before going live. You must end or reclassify a stream if its content materially changes. You may not broadcast prohibited content as defined in our Community Guidelines. FOX LIVE may interrupt or end streams that violate policy.
FOX Coins are virtual items used within the platform to send gifts and access digital features. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. In the App Store and Google Play builds, Coins are purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, as required by the platform. Coins are non-refundable except where required by law.
Creators receive a share of eligible gift value in Diamonds. Diamonds are a creator earnings unit, separate from Coins. The creator share, platform share, and any agency share are described in the Creator Agreement. Diamonds can be converted to a payout once minimum thresholds and verification are met.
Creators may request a payout of earned Diamonds. Payouts require completed identity verification (KYC). Payout methods may include bank transfer, approved payout providers, or wallet payouts as legally supported in your region. Payout is a separate process from Coin purchase and is not available through the store billing system. Payout terms and minimums are described in the Creator Agreement.
Verified agencies may manage groups of creators. Agency arrangements, including commission, are described in the Creator Agreement. Agencies must operate lawfully and may not use their role to evade store billing or platform rules.
Official Resellers are a business role for platform operations and reporting. In the App Store and Google Play builds, resellers are not offered as an alternative way for users to purchase Coins. Users purchase Coins only through the store billing system. Reseller dashboards may remain for administration and permitted operations.
You retain ownership of content you create and broadcast. By posting or broadcasting, you grant FOX LIVE a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you have the rights to share all content you post.
You may not post, stream, or share prohibited content including: sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content; full nudity, visible genitals, or visible female nipples; sexual acts or simulated sexual acts; sexual services or solicitation; pornography; illegal drugs; extreme violence; hate or harassment; fraud; impersonation; or content that violates applicable law. We may warn, temporarily restrict, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. Suspended accounts may lose access to pending earnings pending review.
You may appeal moderation decisions through the Safety Center. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the decision. We will review appeals in good faith.
You agree to use only authorized payment methods and to provide accurate identity information when verification is required. Stolen cards, unauthorized payment methods, payment or refund abuse, deliberate double-spend, and fraudulent identity or payment use are strictly prohibited. FOX LIVE may place transactions, related Coins, and related Creator Earnings under temporary financial review (including freezing withdrawable earnings linked to a disputed or high-risk payment) while a payment, dispute, or risk concern is investigated; such review does not permanently ban you and is not a punishment. Disputing a payment through your bank is a right you do not waive by using FOX LIVE, but we ask that you contact Support or use our refund tools first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. Confirmed payment fraud, repeated abusive disputes, or deliberate refund abuse may result in permanent suspension. Nothing in these Terms waives any legal chargeback or consumer-protection rights you may have.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for legal or safety reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends.
FOX LIVE is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or earnings arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FOX LIVE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice.
